Located in the heart of Taipei, Taipei Lumitree is a 10-meter-high, 360° LED media installation spanning over 254 square meters. Operating year-round, it serves as an open platform for public art, creative content, and urban experiences.
Created for Lumi Tree's annual media art program, Urban Horse transforms the facade into a fragmented urban landscape where a giant horse appears through windows, openings and architectural voids.

Narrative Design
The narrative unfolds through four continuous stages — Peek, Move, Break Out, and Loop. Rather than telling a linear story, the horse repeatedly appears, disappears, and traverses architectural openings, creating a continuous cycle of discovery.
